Features may include dashboards, analytics, integrations with SaaS/cloud platforms, alerts, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.

User Responsibilities

• Avoid unauthorized access or misuse of the platform
• Not reverse-engineer, resell, or reproduce any part of the platform

Payment & Billing

If you are using a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing, and payment terms outlined at checkout or in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. FiOpti may suspend or terminate your access for overdue payments.

All content, trademarks, source code, and materials on FiOpti are the intellectual property of Hybytes Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiOpti and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. FiOpti may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for non-payment.
